MediaLaws, DICOPO – Digital Constitutionalism & Policy, The Digital Constitutionalist research groups organised the 11 December Digital Constitutionalism Roundtable “AI Act and Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment”.
This session has delved into the interplay between AI and Fundamental Rights, examining to what extent these rights are protected by the EU AI Act. The speakers will discuss the role of the risk management models in AI regulation and reflect on the impact they could have on people and their rights.
