MediaLaws is pleased to share the online event “The European AI Act: a milestone in the regulation of artificial intelligence?” organised by Saarland University, Keio University,  the University of Johannesburg and the University of São Paulo, taking place on the 24th of October at 1 pm (CET Zone).

The webinar focuses on the European AI Act, the world’s first comprehensive law regulating artificial intelligence, and its potential influence on AI development and usage globally. Experts from various countries will discuss whether the Act offers a robust regulatory framework and if it could serve as a model for AI legislation in other regions, comparing it to local legal approaches.

The webinar doesn’t require registration and is free of charge.
