MediaLaws is pleased to share a call for papers for Issue No. 2/2005 of the Journal of Law, Market and Innovation (JLMI) on the subject of “Compliance & Enforcement Technologies,” to be published at the end of July 2025.
This special issue invites scholarly contributions exploring digital tools and systems designed at ensuring and promoting compliance of key EU regulations, including the Digital Services Act (DSA), the Data Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the AI Act, and relevant EU consumer laws. Topics of interest include digital tools that help analyze and assess compliance, automated compliance monitoring systems, integration of DLTs and blockchain technology, and the use of smart contracts.
The deadline for submission of abstracts or draft articles is on the 30th of November 2024, and the acceptance notification will be sent on the 10th of December 2024. Final articles should be delivered by the 10th of March 2025.
