The European Law Institute (ELI) and the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI) have partnered to develop and implement guidelines for digital ecosystems to foster co-generation, sharing, and governance of AI technologies.
This year, the GPAI ‘Cogen’ project focuses on analyzing the legal frameworks of the EU, US, and Japan; and comparing these jurisdictions’ approaches to copyright and data protection in the context of co-generation.
