MediaLaws is pleased to share the video of Oreste Pollicino’s speech given at the collateral event to the G7, on ‘Virtual Space. Le Garanzie di Giurisdizione nella Resilienza e nella Difesa della Sicurezza Nazionale’, which took place on 11-12 October at the Vittorio Occorsio Foundation, Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
The Professor, speaking of the risks and chances connected to digital sovereignty, highlight that: “At this point we need to take European constitutionalism seriously with those characteristics not of dystopia but of different nuances from American constitutionalism and try above all to take seriously the concept of code of practice”.
