The conference welcomes submissions from scholars across diverse disciplines pertaining to social sciences. These submissions should explore, from a multidisciplinary perspective, the topic of transformations in public law, also considering the possibility of reforms. Key areas of focus include the role of the European Union and the international community, shifts in governance structures, the separation of powers, the interplay between politics and administration, and the safeguarding of fundamental rights.
Upon request, selected papers will be published in the Forum dei Quaderni costituzionali, among the IRPA Working Papers, in the Bocconi Legal Papers and in the Italian Journal of Public Law. Selected contributions will also be considered for publication in Diritto pubblico, Quaderni costituzionali, Rivista trimestrale di diritto pubblico and Istituzioni del Federalismo.
