The European Commission published on Thursday its draft implementing decision on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of data to third countries alongside an annex to the implementing decision. The decision comes a day after the European Data Protection Board publication of the awaited awaited recommendations on supplementary measures to ensure compliance with the EU level of protection of personal data.
