In the course of the Sixteenth EDPB Plenary Session, the Board adopted the mentioned draft to update the 2014 guidelines on the implementation of the Costeja judgement. This new version is intended to clarify the grounds and exceptions for delisting requests directed to search engine providers, as included under Article 17 GDPR.
