About Author

Andrea Serena is a law student at Bocconi University Law School and he is fascinated by the interactions between law and digitalisation. He has been Erasmus student at King’s College London – The Dickson Poon School of Law and attended the summer classes taught by Professor Andrew D. Murray at the London School of Economics. He is one of the contributors of “Identità ed eredità digitali” by O. Pollicino and M. Bassini and he has taught at the ELSA Summer School in Trieste.
